House rules
Contract conclusion:
By booking of accommodation on or through the website www.villatopofmurter.com the guest signs a contract with the owner of Villa Top Of Murter apartments and confirms that he/she agrees to the house rules. These rules define the rights and obligations which the owners and the guest accept as a basis for resolution of possible disputes, so we ask guests to read them carefully before the advance payment.
Check-in time: 15:00 – 20:00. (an earlier or later check-in must be announced at least three days before the guest's arrival and subject of availibility ).
Check-out time: 07:00 – 10:00. (an earlier check-out must be announced at least one day before).
Time zone: UTC+1 (CET Central European time).
Reservations and check-in can be made by persons over 18 years of age.
Payment currency and method: Euro, by bank transfer or in cash.
Sojourn tax (1.50 EUR for adults, 0.75 EUR for children aged 12-18 per person per night) is not included in the price and payable upon arrival in cash.
Damage deposit: In general, guests don't have to pay a damage deposit, but the owner reserves the right to deviate from this, for example in cases where the number of guests reaches the maximum capacity of the apartment. The deposit is a guarantee for the owner that the guest will not cause any damage to the accommodation. On the day of departure at the check out, the deposit amount will be refunded in full amount, but only after the host determines that the guest has left the accommodation in the condition it was rented.
Booking an apartment includes:
- Free parking for 1 car
- Free WIFI
- Air conditioning / heating
- Towels, bed linen with weekly change
- Use of shared outdoor pool
- Use of shared outdoor kitchen and charcoal grill, subject to availability
- Final cleaning fee
Reservation Conditions:
- To confirm the reservation, an advance payment (deposit) of 25% of the total price must be paid by bank transfer within one working day of accepting the quote.
- The remaining amount must be paid upon arrival by bank transfer or in euro cash.
Cancellation Policy:
- You may cancel without fees until 30 days before arrival.
- If you cancel from 30 to 14 days before arrival, the cancellation fee will be the amount of deposit.
- If you cancel from 14 to 1 day before arrival, the cancellation fee will be 50% of total price of the reservation.
- If you cancel within 1 day before arrival or don't show up, the no-show fee will be the total price of the reservation.
We recommend taking out travel insurance!
Other house rules and features:
No visitors other than guests are allowed in the accommodation and apartments, and parties are not permitted to ensure the peace and quiet of our guests.
Pets: not allowed
Our apartments are smoke-free; smoking is only permitted outdoors. A fee of EUR 500.00 for cleaning the room from smoke will be charged in case of smoking inside any part of the house.
All rooms are equipped with heating and cooling, WI-FI, satellite TV, fridge, microwave owen, dishwasher, capsule coffee maker (with starter capsule pack) hair dryer, safety box and mosquito net and blackour curtain or shade on all windows/doors.
There is no elevator in the house
Access for disabled people is possible to only #1 - Three-Bedroom Apartment without stairs. The pool and outdoor facilities are only accessible via stairs or a gravel slope of parking lots.
Night hours and silence in the hotel from 23:00 to 09:00
The area around the house and its parking lot are under video surveillance for the safety of our guests and their vauable.
Kindness to others
With regard to other guests, we ask that you respect those who wish to sleep. For this reason, do not raise your voice after 23:00 and leave the common aeras like pool, garden or BBQ at 23:00. Parties are strictly prohibited, unless specifically approved.
Data protection
Confidentiality and secrecy of all personal information provided by guests will be maintained. Data is entered into the system for reservations and contact information. In accordance with European data protection legislation, guests can correct or cancel their data at any time. If you have any questions or need additional information on this matter, please contact us.
Responsibility
Villa Top Of Murter is not responsible for damage caused by guests, loss, theft or accidents inside or outside the apartments.
Our access rights
Our staff or maintenance team may need to access your room if there is an unforeseen problem, investigate a complaint you have made or carry out certain routine property checks. If this happens, we will do our best to notify you in advance of the date and time we need access.
Our right to evict
We may terminate the contract with you and ask you to leave the accommodation immediately if:
- We believe that you or your company have committed a breach of these terms;
- We believe that your or your company's behavior threatens the safety of our guests or our staff;
- Complaints of anti-social or unacceptable behavior have been made against you or your company;
- Exceed the maximum occupancy limit of your accommodation.
Events beyond our control
We will not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations under these terms and conditions caused by an event beyond our control.
Event Beyond Our Control means any act or event beyond our reasonable control, including, without limitation, fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, decay, epidemic or other natural disaster, strikes or industrial action by third parties, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war or threat of war, civil unrest, disorder, invasion or failure of public or private telecommunications networks.
Various
Guests may not use the rooms for commercial or immoral purposes.
Villa Top Of Murter reserves the right to change at any time the content on its website for online reservations and is the sole owner of its content.
In the event that guests have requested a specific room, every effort will be made to accommodate their wishes, but we reserve the right to change the room initially.
